Terms and Conditions for JCI POKO National Convention 2025

1. General Information 

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website for the JCI POKO National Convention 2025 (the “Event”) managed by JCI Poznań and developed by SOWA Marketing. By accessing and using our website, purchasing tickets, or registering for the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Registration and Ticket Purchase 

  • Ticket Sales: Tickets for the JCI POKO National Convention 2025 are available for purchase via our website the sale is active until …. 
  • Ticket Categories: Tickets are available in several categories, including standard tickets, VIP tickets, and accommodation packages (as described on the website). 
  • Registration Process: You must complete the online registration form and make payment for your ticket to be confirmed. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email. 
  • Payment: Payment for tickets can be made using various methods, including credit/debit cards and other online payment platforms as specified on the checkout page. 
  • Ticket Confirmation: A confirmed ticket will be sent to the registered email address once the payment has been processed successfully. 

3. Accommodation 

  • Accommodation Packages: Accommodation options, including double and single room options, are available as part of the Event registration. Specific details about prices and availability are provided on the website. 
  • Room Sharing: If you choose a double room package, you are permitted to share the room with a partner, friend, or colleague for the same price. 
  • Booking: Accommodation bookings are made in partnership with Mercure Poznań Centrum and will be confirmed upon registration and payment. 
  • Cancellation: Cancellations for accommodation must be made directly through the hotel according to their cancellation policy. 

4. Event Changes and Cancellations 

  • Event Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, venue, and other elements. If there are any significant changes, registered attendees will be notified in advance. 
  • Event Cancellation: If the Event is canceled for any reason (including but not limited to circumstances beyond our control), a full refund of the ticket price will be provided, minus any processing fees. 
  • No Show: If you do not attend the Event after registering and purchasing a ticket, no refund will be provided. 

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy 

  • Ticket Refund: Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the change at least 7 days before the Event. 
  • Accommodation Refund: The refund policy for accommodation depends on the hotel’s individual policy. Please refer to Mercure Poznań Centrum for any cancellation requests or changes. 

6. Personal Data and Privacy 

  • Data Collection: We collect personal data (name, email, phone number, etc.) during the registration process for the purpose of managing registrations and sending Event-related information. We will not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Health and Safety 

  • Liability: JCI Poznań is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the Event. 
  • Health and Safety Measures: All attendees are required to adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations in place at the Event. This may include mask-wearing, social distancing, or other safety protocols. 
  • Insurance: We recommend that attendees obtain their own travel and event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. 

8. Code of Conduct 

  • Behavior: All attendees must adhere to a respectful and professional code of conduct. JCI Poznań reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event for disruptive or inappropriate behavior. 
  • Photographs and Video: By attending the Event, you consent to the recording of photographs, video, and audio, which may be used in promotional materials and shared on social media. 

9. Liability 

  • Event Participation: By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree that JCI Poznań, the venue, and all other related organizations are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the Event. 
  • Force Majeure: JCI Poznań is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions. 

10. Intellectual Property 

  • Ownership: All content on the JCI POKO website and Event materials are the property of JCI Poznań and SOWA Marketing. Unauthorized use of logos, images, and text is prohibited. 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poznań, Poland.
